Terms of Service for TasksCalendar.com Last Updated: April 12, 2025 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TasksCalendar.com app (the "App") operated by AP3 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. 1. Acceptance of Terms By using the App, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App. 2. Description of Services The App provides tools to manage tasks by exporting Google Tasks into the iCalendar format. Features include: Free Features: Export Google Tasks to iCalendar format. Premium Features: Synchronize Google Tasks with Google Calendar, available via subscription. We use Google OAuth for authentication and Google Firebase for certain functionalities. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. 3. User Accounts and Responsibilities You must sign in with your Google account via OAuth to use the App. You are responsible for: Keeping your Google account credentials secure. Providing accurate and current information. Using the App lawfully and per these Terms. Not disrupting the App or harming other users. Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or accessing the App’s source code. Sending malware, spam, or harmful content. Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations. 4. Intellectual Property The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by AP3 LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. You may not: Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components. Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission. 5. User-Generated Content If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and display this content to improve the App and our services. 6. Payment Terms for Premium Features Premium features require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to: Subscription Fees: Fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable, except as required by law. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation: Cancel anytime via account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Payment Processing: Third-party providers handle payments; we do not store your payment details. We may adjust fees or billing methods with prior notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. 7. Data Privacy Our Privacy Policy (https://www.taskscalendar.com/privacy.html) explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. Using the App means you agree to those practices. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, AP3 LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the App, including: Loss of data or profits. Service interruptions or technical issues. Unauthorized access to your account or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for premium features in the prior six (6) months. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for reasons such as: Violating these Terms. Misusing the App. Legal or business needs. Upon termination, your access ends, and we may delete your account and data, subject to applicable laws. 11. Dispute Resolution Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association’s rules. Arbitration will occur in Los Angeles, CA, in English. You waive rights to class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, ignoring its conflict of law rules. 13.
